Personalizable funny apron

Okay on this one, I started to learn to do an ad.  Version 1 is the original.  Version 2 is the third improvement.  What do you think?  Here’s the text in the ad:

A fun 30″x24″ apron because, you know, I’m not the cook! Sis is. Yep, I make people nervous when I’m in the kitchen.
(You can change the middle phrase “I’m not” to whatever: “Mom is” or “Mary’s not” or “He’s not” or anything else you like
FYI on sale today, Sunday & Monday 30% off, Tuesday is 15% off.
Also at Zazzle, at checkout, you can sign up for a free 30-day trial of Black Zazzle which gives you free shipping (It’s $9.99 for the whole year of Black Zazzle so it’s a pretty good deal.)
I’ve started a one-design a day challenge. This is my latest one.

With my first apron design, I thought I’d try the Facebook boosted post ad.

It’s a learning curve. I couldn’t get the image to show when I clicked on Zazzle’s share with facebook button although I could write all that text and the text showed up just fine.  I pasted my facebook text right above the line. I tried to add a pic by hitting the edit button but nope although I can add a pic in the replies/comments section.  However in the replies/comment, you can’t make the pic linkable.

So I decided to create the image above as my first facebook ad.  I read that in the facebook post area, the image size is 435×235 so I created it to that parameter but kept the writing easy to read with all the info.  Here I can make my image linkable. I used Arial Narrow because it’s easy to read but I don’t think it looks right.  It probably should be smaller but I don’t like reading small print so I thought other people might be the same.

I redid it, still using Arial Narrow but truncated the text so it’s very short.

What do you think?  Do you like the ad? Which is better? Should I not put all the personalizable text there? Or even do the apron in 3 different colors with 3 different texts and show it that way?

I ended up deciding on the shorter ad and just started running it at 6pm 4/15/18 for a North American audience into aprons, cooking and barbecue.  We’ll see how it goes.

My latest design so I haven’t received it yet.  All this stuff is a learning curve and Sunday is almost over.  It’s already 5:20pm here.
