So off we went by the light of the car’s lamps searching along dirt roads surrounded by the quiet desert.
March 29th tumbleweedeb had put a bunch of caches out, creating a compass with a blue mystery circle cut into a 8piece pie of green microcaches. An epic ode to all the characters of Lost. That’s the night we saw a rattlesnake too.
And then I looked up.
The full moon hung brilliantly above us. It was so big you could almost reach out and touch it.
I even saw the rabbit in the moon making omochi (Japanese folktale).
That’s the thing about geocaching. You never know what you’re going to see. One moment it’s a rattlesnake and the next it’s the rabbit in the moon.
GC7M8nN5 is a good starting point.
